Insurance in Post Falls

For all patients with health insurance in Post Falls and those without insurance, we ask that you pay for your visit at the time of service. We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You can also use Health Savings Account debit cards as our services qualify for HSAs.
Insurance in Post Falls
Many insurance companies, flex plans, and health savings accounts will cover visits with us as Out of Network Providers. You will need to contact your insurance provider and specifically ask them if they provide coverage for Chiropractors or for Out of Network Chiropractic Providers. At your request we can provide a receipt, also called a "superbill," including necessary codes and information for reimbursement for those who wish to submit for having seen an Out of Network Provider.
Medicare
We are a Non-Participating provider with Medicare and we will bill qualified services to Medicare on your behalf. As a non-participating provider, we will collect the full charge amount for services provided at each appointment. We will bill claims to Medicare and the patient will receive any approved reimbursements directly from Medicare. Please note that Aligned Family Chiropractic does not verify coverage or deductibles. Please contact Medicare to inquire about your benefits.
